Our pupils are involved in the Power project run by Rotherham Local Authority. This project raises the profile of e-safety and encourages pupils to be more responsible for their own safety online. We have now recruited our first Power Cadets who will help signpost other pupils to resources around e-safety, help run parent workshops as well as delivering assemblies around e-safety.
In 2016-17 these children were:
Luke C, Holly D, Lacey B, Connor L, Freya P, James P
We had a meeting with Ann Foxley- Johnson and Trish Sharp who have helped set up the project, we delivered our first assembly on gaming and keeping safe by following the age advice on the games just before Christmas and have also put up our display.
HAVE YOU GOT WHAT IT TAKES TO BE ONE OF THIS YEAR'S POWER CADETS?
